Our Mission
Baza++ is a free rehabilitation and support space created by civilians for military personnel and veterans. We work with those returning from the front — whether for a short break or after completing service — and who need physical, psychological, and emotional recovery. We are part of a broader support movement. Alongside public, volunteer, and professional initiatives, we help form an ecosystem of care where everyone can find their place and their footing.
Our Vision
We believe that having easy access to quality support and the opportunity to feel part of a community is a vital step in the transition to civilian life. Our goal is to see spaces like Baza++ established in every region of Ukraine. So that no matter where a military person lives, they know there is a safe, welcoming place nearby where they will be heard and supported. We are open to collaboration and are actively seeking partners who want to contribute — through resources, expertise, or joint initiatives.Partnership is also a form of support — and it can truly change lives.
Our Core Values
Voluntariness — support is offered only when a person is ready to accept it.
Privacy — we respect personal boundaries and protect each visitor’s dignity.
Individuality — there is no “typical” story. Every journey is unique.
Holistic approach — we care for the body, mind, emotions, and relationships.
Trust — our highest reward is when people return — and recommend us to others.
Free of charge — all services for military personnel, veterans, and their families are provided free of charge.
Warmth — we care not only about results, but also about creating a space people want to come back to
Who We Support
Our work focuses on active-duty service members on rotation, undergoing treatment, or taking short leave — and on veterans transitioning back to civilian life.We also involve families in the process, as the support of loved ones plays an essential role in recovery.
Why Your Support Matters
War doesn’t end at the front line. It leaves marks on the body, in memory, in relationships.Coming back is a journey in itself — and it requires time, care, and resources.
By supporting Baza++, you're not helping in the abstract — you're helping someone sleep again. Move without pain. Talk to their family. Feel that they still have a place in this life.
How Your Contributions Are Used
Every donation is a tangible act of support for someone who has been through war.
Your contributions help us fund:
🔹 Professional supportSpecialists who work daily with military personnel and veterans to improve their physical and psychological well-being.
🔹 Day-to-day operationsEnsuring the space is stable, accessible, and open every day for those who need it.
🔹 Creative and therapeutic activitiesGroup workshops, art therapy, and community events for veterans and their families.
🔹 Professional reintegrationHelping veterans return to work after service through lectures, one-on-one consultations, and events that help them present their military experience with confidence and clarity to civilian employers.
We are committed to using every contribution responsibly. In accordance with Ukrainian law, no more than 20% of all donations may be used for operational costs — these are the basic needs that keep the space running. We usually try to cover these expenses independently, but if needed, part of your support may go toward this. The rest is directed entirely toward programs for military personnel and veterans.
We Appreciate Every Contribution
Thanks to your support, Baza++ remains open each day for those who need it most. And we’re ready to keep going — because standing with those who serve is where healing begins
