Who It's For
We support service members and veterans who have defended Ukraine — whether as part of the Armed Forces, other defense units, or volunteer formations. We also welcome those who have already returned to civilian life but carry the experience of military service or combat and are seeking recovery. In some cases, we may offer services to volunteers who are not part of official structures but can confirm their involvement in the resistance. All participation is tailored to individual needs. Please have a document confirming your combat participation or service in a combat zone.If there is uncertainty, we reserve the right to clarify the circumstances of your involvement.
You don’t need to have a perfectly worded request or know exactly which specialist you need. One step is enough — just let us know you're interested.
You can do this in any way that’s convenient for you:
– Send us a message on social media or in a messenger– Call us, or click here and we’ll get back to you– Fill out a short form (button "Sign Up")
If you’re unsure or don’t quite know if this is for you — just send a message. You can say something like:"Hi! I’d like to learn more about what you offer."We’ll figure it out together.
Form
After reaching out, we’ll send you a short form. You can fill it out online or directly at our space.
The form helps us learn a little more about you — what you're interested in, your experience, and how best to stay in touch.
This is not a “test” or an evaluation.Just a way to better understand your request and make sure nothing gets missed.
Conversation with a primary support specialist
This is a short (15–20 min) chat with a psychologist, either by phone or in person — whichever is more comfortable for you.
The goal is to better understand your situation, answer your questions, and help with the first step. You decide what you’re ready to share. We won’t pressure you or dig for anything unnecessary.
Everything you share stays within the team. We work confidentially
Booking a Specialist
After the conversation, we’ll suggest a support format that suits you. This could be a one-on-one session with a specialist, a group activity, or a combination of services.
We adapt to your schedule and energy level. You can start gradually, try different options, and find what works for you.
At your first meeting, we’ll also confirm your eligibility,to make sure you receive the kind of support Baza++ was created to offer.
Co-founders of Baza++
We are a team of co-founders who met in 2022 while volunteering.
That experience brought us together and gave us a clear understanding: we can do more.
Not just offer one-time help — but create a space where veterans and service members can connect with professionals, receive support in different formats, or simply spend time in a meaningful way.
We're not just coordinators — we’re actively involved in the daily work of the space:
meeting visitors, helping with appointments, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
We also organize the work of various service areas, build partnerships, and grow the initiative.
What matters most to us is that everyone who comes here feels:
this place works — and it works for them.
